1. OWNERSHIP

   TIMELINE (the "Software") — including without limitation its source code,
   object code, structure, architecture, algorithms, user interface, user
   experience, interaction design, layout, visual identity, wording, in-app
   text, documentation, and the engineering comments contained within its
   source files — is the original work of and is owned exclusively by
   Moosa Silwadi (the "Owner").

   THE MEDIA IS HIS TOO. Every photograph, image, video, three-dimensional
   model and PDF document included in or shipped with the Software — including
   all of the demonstration and showcase content that the application displays
   before a person signs in — is the Owner's own original work, created by him,
   and is owned exclusively by him. It is part of the Software for the purposes
   of this licence, and clause 2 applies to it in full. In particular, no
   photograph, video, model or document from this application may be copied,
   reproduced, republished, or used in any other work or portfolio.


2. NO LICENCE IS GRANTED

   This file is a statement of ownership, not a grant of rights.

   No licence, right, title, or interest in the Software is granted to any
   person by any means, including but not limited to: viewing this repository;
   receiving the Software from a web server in the ordinary course of using
   the application; being given access to it; or being able to read it.

   Except as expressly permitted in writing by the Owner, no person may:

     (a) copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software or any part of it;
     (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it;
     (c) distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, or lend it;
     (d) host, deploy, or operate it, or any application derived from it;
     (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent
         such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
     (f) extract or reuse its design, interface, interaction patterns, or
         source in any other product or service;
     (g) use automated means to scrape, harvest, mine, or ingest it, including
         for the training of machine-learning or artificial-intelligence
         systems;
     (h) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, ownership, or attribution
         notice contained in it.


3. PERMITTED USE OF THE APPLICATION

   Members of the public are welcome to use the TIMELINE application as it is
   published, for its intended purpose, through its official website and its
   official app-store listings. That permission extends to using the service.
   It does not extend to the Software itself, and it may be withdrawn.

   Content that a THIRD-PARTY user uploads to TIMELINE remains that user's own.
   This licence concerns the Software, not third-party user content.

   For the avoidance of doubt: the demonstration and showcase media described
   in clause 1 is NOT third-party user content. It is the Owner's own work,
   shipped as part of the Software, and this clause gives away no rights in it.


4. NOTICES FORM PART OF THE WORK

   The ownership notices at the head of each source file, and this file, form
   part of the Software. Removing a notice, or altering one to name another
   person or entity, transfers no rights and is itself an infringement.


5. GOVERNING LAW AND PROTECTION

   The Software is protected under the Copyright Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain
   (Law No. 22 of 2006 on the Protection of Copyright and Neighboring Rights,
   as amended) and, internationally, under the Berne Convention for the
   Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and other applicable treaties.

   Copyright subsists automatically from creation; registration is not a
   condition of protection.

6. NO WARRANTY

   The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied. The Owner is not liable for any claim, damage, or other liability
   arising from the Software or its use.

   Requests for a licence, for partnership, or for permission to use any part
